Help with Pre-Approved Financing, we place Buyers in contact with a mortgage specialist who secure competitive quotes and will advise you on current financing arrangements, there is no charge for this service. 

When a Buyer finds a property they wish to purchase. Smart Sell provides relevant comparable market data as well as sales history on the property in order to make an informed decision.

Offer Preparation & Negotiation. Smart Sell takes care of all the paperwork and negotiations, including conditions, waivers and amendments.

Example: A $400,000 home receives a $4,000 rebate to you as purchaser within 15 days following the closing of the home.
